I am now enrolled in a new course. This is my last course before the Internship program which will conclude my Masters work. This course is entitled Multimedia Video Technology.
Our assignment was to create a Photo Story using Microsoft Photo Story software. I found the assignment interesting, emotional and at times frustrating. The software was very user friendly and created a nice production. The topic was personal and I found myself having a hard time keeping my emotions in check (especially while reading the script). The technology was challenging and at times frustrating. Collecting the images took some time and was a scavenger hunt of memories. I couldn't get the scanner to work initially, I couldn't get the printer to print my script, and then I couldn't get the microphone to work. Although I fixed all these issues, it created a challenge to keep my wits about me. What can I say sometimes technology can be difficult. In the end I am pleased with the final product and learned from the experience.
I also have to thank Allen for all his help. His input and collaboration was greatly appreciated.
